Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and all of my clients, I kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * 48+ hours’ notice: No charge. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. * First no-show: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. * Any additional no-shows: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
